Installation is the beginning of our relationship with a home, not the end of it. We've supported some of our earliest installations for over a decade.
A smart home is not a static product — firmware updates, network changes, new devices, and the occasional storm all affect a system over time. Aftercare is how we make sure your system keeps working the way it did on day one, for as long as you own the home.
Where the platform allows it, we monitor system health remotely, so issues can often be identified and resolved before you notice them.
Manufacturers update their platforms regularly. We manage these updates on your system's schedule, not in a way that disrupts your household.
Storm damage, power surges, or hardware failure — when something needs urgent attention, we prioritise getting a technician to site quickly.
Adding a room, a new device, or a second property later on is a continuation of your existing system, not a new project from scratch.
We regularly take over support and extend systems we didn't originally install, including diagnosing issues that arose under previous integrators.
Response times depend on the issue and your location, but urgent faults — security or access-related issues in particular — are treated as a priority.
Both are available. Some clients prefer a scheduled annual check-in; others prefer to call as needed. We'll recommend what suits your system's complexity.
